The new Simulation Suite 2.6 with OMA SCWS Server Simulator is now available! You can now perform end-to-end SCWS Administration compliant to OMA SCWS Specification v1.1. On top of that, other new features provided such as Object Journalism in Application Manager and more APIs support in card simulators.

Overview

Full Simulation

Simulation Suite provides a complete suite for End-To-End solution simulation:

  • Card Simulators for SIM Cards, USIM Cards and R-UIM Cards, and NFC SCWS cards.
  • Mobile Simulators for 2G, 3G and CDMA
  • Server Simulators for 2G, 3G and OMA SCWS

Using Simulation Chain available in Simulation Suite, you may easily access to all the components you need. Additional tools are provided to ease your work, such as

  • File System Editor and SCWS Static Content Explorer : to edit file system of card simulators / real card.
  • OTA Interpreter : to interpret the 03.48 envelope pp
  • Script Editor and SCWS Scenario Editor: to send a list of commands from server simulator, as  a scenario.

Combination of Real and Simulation

You have the choice to test your applications in Full Simulated Environment, or with combination of Simulation and Real Environment, such as,

  • Full Simulated Environment: Card Simulator - Mobile Simulator - Server Simulator
  • Card Simulator - Mobile Simulator - Real Server
  • Real Card - Mobile Simulator - Server Simulator
  • ....and many more....

To work with real card, useful features such as Card Profile Editor and Card Auto Detection are provided for you to easily edit multiple card I/O or OTA configurations, and automatically identify the card profile corresponding to the targeted card.

Deploy

Using the Application Manager available in Simulation Suite, you may easily download your Applets in a real card and then test it either with our end-to-end simulation environment or with a real Mobile and the real Network.

Gemalto Developer is available as three different kits:

  • Free Evaluation Kit : Downloadable for free from this website, the Evaluation Kit is a good starting point to understand what is the Gemalto Simulation and to get a good understanding of what it means by Testing Wireless Applications. 20 days FREE evaluation duration is granted upon installation.
  • Full Kit - 2 Years License : Once you feel comfortable with the Evaluation version, you will probably want to register your tool to get 2 years license.
