Service Designer Suite (SDS/SDK) is sold with a 2-year license including upgrades.
At the end of the second year, you can buy another 2-year license extension. See FAQ - How do I order Service Designer Suite?
You shall contact your Gemalto Sales person to place the order.
To upgrade SDS / SDK, use Gemalto Live Update tool that provided in the SDS / SDK installer. Standalone installer for Live Update is also available on Developer Netowork, in the Download section.
