No, Telecom Tools' license is node lock license. A license can only be used in a specific machine.
Go to windows Start > Gemalto > Licensing > License Key Manager, all Gemalto Telecom Tools licenses you have is listed in License Key Manager window.
Move license from a machine to another is possible through the following steps:
1. Uninstall the product from your old machine.
2. Go to Windows Start > Gemalto > Licensing > Diagnostic Tool, click "Diagnose" and save the diagnostic report.
3. Install the product in your new machine.
4. Generate license request xml from your new machine. (see FAQ - How to register a product / perform license request?)
5. Send the license request xml and diagnostic report to tools_licensing(at)gemalto.com. Please quote in the email message that it is for license migration to a new machine.
6. Gemalto will process your request and send a new license to you through email. Upon receiving new license, import the new license in your new machine. (see FAQ - I received the license requested, how to import the license?)
You shall have the product installed in your PC prior to the license request.
Follow the steps below to request for a product license:
1. Go to windows Start > Gemalto > Licensing > License Key Manager
2. In License Key Manager window, select the product from the list, click Export, fill in the form and save the license request xml.
3. Send the license request xml to tools_licensing(at)gemalto.com.
Note: License Key Manager software is delivered in most of Gemalto Product Installer. If you do not have License Key Manager software installed in your PC, refer to FAQ - Where to get the Gemalto Licensing software?
Once you receive a product license (xml), follow the steps below to import the license:
1. Go to windows Start > Gemalto > Licensing > License Key Manager
2. In License Key Manager window, click Import. Browse to the license xml file you received.

1. Go to Windows Start > Programs > Gemalto > Licensing, launch Diagnostic Tool. 2. In Diagnostic Tool window, click Diagnose. 3. Click Export and save the diagnosticresult.zip file. The diagnosticresult.zip is the Diagnostic Report for Gemalto Telecom Tools License in your machine. Attach the diagnosticresult.zip when requesting for Installation & licensing problem support.
Gemalto licensing software is delivered in all Telecom Tools product installer delivery (e.g. Card Admin, Developer Suite, Universal Tracer, etc). You may get it by upgrading your Telecom Tools. Alternatively, get the Gemalto licensing software from Download page.
