Hello there,
ATI1
Cinterion EHS5-E REVISION 03.001 A-REVISION 00.000.14 OK.
As you see below there is unrecognized file in FFS of EHS5-E. Neither able to delete it nor format the drive using MES. Please suggest the needful.
Hello,
Is there any chance that you or your application created this file or you don't know what it is? What does the file properties screen say? What's the result if you try to delete the file? You may also try with AT^SFSA or AT^SJDL command. Is it possible to create and delete other files?
BR,
Bartłomiej
Thanks for the quick reply. we are not creating such file but once there was memory full issue occurred in the the modules which are deployed in the field. After that we are able to see this kind of issue. There is no fruitful info neither related to size nor type of file in properties screen. tried to delete but no happening. there is enough free space checked in the properties screen and Error resulted on verified with AT^SFSA="ls",a:/ and AT^SFSA="gstat". modules are such files are working for a while later they are freezing for any at commands.
Assuming that you correctly used the AT commands and got error replies suggests some kind of problems with the file system flash memory.
Is the FFS heavily used? Are there more such failing modules?
What you could try is to run the gWinSwup firmware update application with the option "Recovery File System" checked.
framing of at commands are alright, Earlier we used to save the data in flash since we found large chunk of data is saved in few now we are not storing any more than 2mb of data. Yes there are 10's of modules with such issue. t

Hello,
If you used the 'Recovery File System' option and it did not help you probably can't do anything more. Please report it to your technical sales or distributor or customer support directly via SalesForce.
Best regards,
