Freeze module after the command AT ^ SISO = 5 | Thales IoT Developer Community

Hi All.
When I send the command AT ^ SISO = 5 I am able to correctly read the HTTP connection data. But sometimes the command gets stuck, and the modem goes into a freeze state. In particular for the GPRS connection I see that the SM layer remains in the "inactive pending" state. Sometimes, the CME returns: "NETWORK IS DOWN". What can I do to fix the problem? When the modem freezes I have to send the command AT + CFUN = 1,1 even if it is not very nice since it restarts the device.
Hello,
Could you share some more information i.e. what module type and FW version is it (ATI1 reply) and some log showing what happens? As I understand there is no answer for AT^SISO command? How long did you try to wait? SISO should normally give response quite fast but under the hood there is a connection establishment and it could potentially take longer in some cases, even up to 120 seconds. What happens if you try to send another command on the same interface? Are you able to send AT+CFUN command on the same interface? Please check the network status when the problem happens. Please also observe the network connection parameters with AT^SMONI command and enable some additional URC's like at least CREG, CEREG and CGREG.Have you tried to just close the connection with AT^SISC and try to open again? What happens then?
Best regards,
