Hello,
AT^SFSA=?
+CME ERROR: 100
I accidentally removed the JRC-....jad (Java Remote Control MIDlet Suite). Not sure which version I'm supposed to have. I have a PLS62W, ATI commnand response:
ati
Cinterion
PLS62-W
REVISION 02.000
OK
Where can I find out which version of the Java Remote Control MIDlet Suite I'm supposed to have and where can I get a new copy of the Java Remote Control MIDlet Suite?
Thanks in advance
Hello,
You need to check ATI1 response to determine the a-revision also. Then if you have no access to the extranet you may contact your supplier.

Thanks for your reply.
Here is my ati1 response>
ati1
Cinterion
PLS62-W
REVISION 02.000
A-REVISION 01.000.03
OK
I was given access to this zip file: pls62-w_rev02.010_arn01.000.05_install-cd.zip ages ago by my supplier. It has a firmware folder within it with this version, JRC-1.62.04.jad, of the Java Remote Control MIDlet Suite. The revision and a-revision seem to be wrong, can I still safely use it?
Hello,
You should not install this JRC with the current firmware. But if you also have pls62-w_rev02.010_arn01.000.05_gwinswup.exe file you can update the firmware. Run the file, set the proper COM port (USB modem port in your system or ASC0) and start. Each firmware version has it's dedicated JRC version. It is not advised to mix.
