Although I can install Netbeans and Eclipse on a Win 7 Professional 32-bit pc, when running the CWTK, repair ****, it cannot detect the Netbeans installation and therefore not provide the necessary plugins for mobility and the SDK. It is ok on a Win 8.1 64-bit pc, but I then I have the isssue the Win 8 installation cannot detect the EHS6T via the USB connection, thus need to get a working installation on the Win 7 pc.
Any ideas ?
You could manualy install those plugins inside netbeans. Just go to tools -> plugins ->avilable plugins ->serach for mobility plugins
I cannot manually install in accordance with the user guide, since the plugins are not shown on the Available Plugins page. If I look at a Win 8 pc on the 'plugins /Installed tab' where they have installed ok and shown as active - there there does not appear to be a way of identifying where the plugins are 'hidden'. The PC is a non-networked PC, to avoid IT hindrance. It is unclear how I can use the 'search' facility for manually finding plugins is this a local and/ or internet search?. With the number of plugins installed on thec Win 8 PC it could take a while to find all the plugins, if I could use the search facility.
Hello,
The search is not local. You need an internet connection to install this plugin.

Updating via the Internet appears to have done the trick, though XP and Win 8 managed to sort themselves out via the install disk. Mind you it was a bind having to temporarily set the PC up on a Network and add Internet connection just to install the downloads.
Thank you for your help.
