PH8-P Module: How to store in Non Volatile Memory AT Audio Commands? | Thales IoT Developer Community

Hello everyone,
I am using a PH8-P Module with FW 03.001 revision
I need to store in Non Volatile Memory, User Profile values of the AT audio commands such as:
- AT^SRTC Ring tone configuration
-AT^SNFS Select audio hardware set
-AT^SNFO Set audio output parameter
-AT^SNFI Set microphone path parameters
- AT^SAIC Audio Interface Configuration
I am using the AT&W command but when I perform a power-on cycle the values are restored to default values and my values are lost.
How I can create an User profile for the AT audio commands?
Is possible to store in Non Volatile Memory the values of AT Audio commands?
Is it necessary a firmware upgrade?
Thanks in advance
Salvatore
Hello,
These values are volatile and it is not possible to change them permanently.

Bartłomiej
Thanks Bartłomiej,
for your quick reply.
I would like to use the PH-P Module in a stand-alone application without uC.
Is there a way to set these values during the PH8-P Module initialitation phase?
For example saving the desidered configuration in a partition of Non Volatile Memory and load it at every Power-on cycle?
Have you any idea?
Thanks and Best Regards
Salvatore
Hello,
I think that it's not a technical question now - because It should be technically possible but it would be a special request. So you should contact your local technical sales person to talk about it.
Best regards,
Bartłomiej
Hello,
I am testing a Terminal Modem of third-part that is equipped with PH8-P Module.
I have already contacted them, but they said me that there is no solution concerning my issue.
Could you provide me any suggestion, so I can inform them about a possible feasible solution?
Thanks in advance
Salvatore
Hello,
Indeed for this module it is not possible to be done by the end user - it would need to be done in a factory or with some internal tools. But I'm not selling modules and I can't tell you if this is being practised and what the costs would be. So that's why I'd still recommend you to contact your local Gemalto sales and ask if this would be possible and under what conditions.

Bartłomiej
