I need to use TC65i rev 02.004, but my java midlet is written for rev 01.100. Is it possible to dowgrade the firmware, in order to use the same JAR file?

It's quite an old module. I don't think that it should be necessary to downgrade the firmware in such a case. Do you have any particular problems when running this jar on rev 02.004?

I solved the problem, the module ***** to receive AT+COPS=0, otherwise it doesn't find the network.
