Hi,
Could anyone suggest the best way to obtain technical support relating to the use of BGS2T modules from Gemalto?
Is paying for the support package the only way?
We have a specific technical issue with the modules that we need to resolve that goes beyond the help that we might receive from the various forums available here.
Alternatively, are there any consultants out there who offer development / integration support for the BGS2T?

Thanks for the reply.
We have requested technical support using the online form on the Gemalto site, but didn't receive a response.
Also, the UK number for Gemalto seems to be unavailable / engaged. Does anyone know which number should be used for technical enquiries in the UK?
We've also posted our problem on another part of the forum, but there havn't been any replies as yet.
I hope we can speak to someone who knows their way around the BGS2T soon, otherwise we'll have to look towards a different modem supplier.
