Hi Everyone!
I am very new to this , i would like to connect internet (GPRS) using this concept board. Please suggest some ideas about where / How do i can start working on it?

Do you mean GRPS specifically, or just any cellular internet?
The concept board ships with some demos of JavaME projects - including client and server network connectivity. It's very easy to use and even if you don't know much Java it's quite straight forward. It's only several lines of Java to open a client or sever socket and start transferring data.
Everything works out of the box; you just need a sim card and a windows machine and you can be connecting to the internet very easily.

Hi,
generally you have three options - all depends what are you looking for. You can:
1. Setup dial-up connection to browse Internet on connected PC

3. Implement Java MIDlet that accesses Internet - check samples suggested by JMitcheson

Yes its GPRS based using APN, i want to control the Port pins through internet. I could see 6 examples inside this path Cinterion\EHS5 WTK Examples\EclipseSamples i believe the NetDemo is the one we were talking correct?

Hello,
so you're trying to implement Java MIDlet accessing the Internet. Yes, you can use NetDemo to check how socket connections are established.
