Hey
We have new Gemalto ELS61T modem and we cant login in. It ask root paasword but nothing works. We try all kind AT commands but nothing reset it factory reset. Is it even possible? This hardware is new and this is first time when we try to login.

Hey Jani,
New Gemalto terminals are provided with default randomly generated password.
Please try to find label on the carton of the terminal. On this label it should be information about the password (PW).
