What do you mean with 'Cinterion'? It just a brand name :) Iguess you mean one of the modules like EHS5/6 and/or Tc65i? If so there are equipt with flash memory, accessable through the Java API. Around 10MB is available on the EHS and Tc65i-X series. Around 1.7MB is available on the Tc65i series.

Hello, The modules have the flash file system which can be accessed via provided API from the Java application or via the AT interface. It is also possible to access the module's file system via MES (Module Exchange Suite) from the PC. There is an additional Java API you can use to store your data - RecordStore - you can find more information here https://iot-developer.thalesgroup.com/tutorial/concept-board-recordstore...
