Dear Sir,
Kindly i'm trying to send USSD command that required user interaction
AT+CUSD=1,"8888#"
but i got the response.I would like to understand the encoding of response and what DCS= 72 means and how to resolve it to make it understandable

Hi,
according to 3GPP TS 23.038 documentation chapter 5 CBS Data Coding Scheme value of 72 means that this is uncompressed no-class UCS-2 encoded string. Please find mappings in sample character set table:
