Dear Team,

Kindly i would like to know if there is any difference between Cinterion BG2-E and  BGS2-W from AT command side. As i tried to send command "AT\Q3" to both modems

BG2-E : I got response

BGS2-W: No response at all

Hello,

The difference between W and E version is that:

W version is GSM Quad-Band: 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz 

E version is GSM Dual-Band: 900 / 1800 MHz

BGS2 and BG2 are also different types of modules. For more details please see these links:
