Hi,

I have the following device:

Cinterion

EHS5-E

REVISION 04.000

A-REVISION 01.000.05

Is there any place where I can check the latest firmware for it? I'm experiencing weird behavior after several unexpected power surge events and I would like to try reflashing the firmware.

Hello,

FW package is not available online. Please contact your supplier to provide you with latest FW package.

Hello, Tymek. Thank you for your response. I've been trying to contact the supplier for about a month without success, so I've come here. Is this the only way to get the FW package?
