Hello there,
EHS5-E doesn't respond just after few seconds of power on the module. Power on the module with input voltage of 4.0V and output at VDIG(10pin) is 1.8v but sometimes it will respond for few at commands then stops for any of the at^sjam commands thereafter UART doesn't respond even after reboot the module again same thing happens.

OK.
Hello,
It looks like you have some applications in autostart. Please disable autostart, uninstall the custom apps, enable autostart and check if the problem is still there.
Best regards,
Bartłomiej
Thanks for the quick reply. Yes ofcourse, There is midlet in autostart and delay as well. Please have a look AT^SCFG? response from a working module.

As I have already mentioned earlier its not responding to at commands.
Hello,
As you have written that it can sometimes respond to few at commands I think that what you can do is to prepare the command to disable autostart, try to catch this moment when the module responds and send the command. That's the only way to disable autostart and to be able to verify the module behavior without customer applications. If the applications are causing this problem the delay should help to disable the autostart before the applications start.
BTW are the apps still under development or was the device working in a field without nay problems before this started to happen?
BR,
Bartłomiej
Because of Sysinfo: 200 issue we have started to use autostart and with delay. development was completed and almost 8k modules where working but later on issues are coming up.
anyways will try to verify if the same is happening after diisabling autostart.
