Hello,
I'm trying to access the webserver of my ELS61 modem, but unfortunately I can't find the root user's password which, as per manual, should be printed on the label.

Hello Fabio,
The password should be printed on the box, not the terminal. If you don't have the box, there is a way to restore it. Please contact your supplier or local Thales m2m sales.

The screen you pasted seems to be giving the correct information - the password is on the packaging label.
If you no longer have the packaging you need to contact your Thales distributor. Only Thales can restore the password. Once you have the initial password you can of course change it.
