Hello, some customers and also myself are sometimes blocked (as an example ASCO do not work....) because some wrong settings on SCFG.
A FACTORY RESET, maybe reload firmware (not a problem to reload) could fix this.
Ideas/help?

Could you please let me know something more about this issue? Did it stop working after changing some configuration on the module? Does module reboot help? Could you please check other baudrates and hardware flow control? Do you have access to at commands on other interface?

Hi Adam. I can not tell you why/when/scenario the ASC0 has been "lost". I can use USB and write AT commands.

Hi Jesus,
Please check AT^SCFG? settings if the serial interface is properly configured. Please also verift AT^SPOW? and AT&V outputs. By default the serial interfaces are configured for power saving and hardware flow control (you set it with AT\Q command). If you have changed the baudrate with (AT+IPR command) you are not able to verify the current setting. It can only be done on the interface for which it was set.
