Failed to connect remote debugging device! | Thales IoT Developer Community

I have a problem with accessing Gemalto device (EHS6).
Everything had worked just fine. But from today I got this error message:
Registering ip address "192.168.244.1" of remote debugging device...
Waiting for debug device registration of "IMP_NG_EHS5_REMOTE"...
Failed to connect remote debugging device!
Passing control to external device emulator...
*** Error ***
Failed to connect to device 0!
Reason:
Emulator 0 terminated while waiting for it to register!
End of debug session. Emulator is closed!
I already did folowing things:
Reinstall Gemalto software.
Tried to manually install device (Window- Preferences -> Java ME -> Device Management -> Manual Install)from directory "...Cinterion/CMTK/EHS5/WTK". But it failed, because after installation there is only "INP_NG_EHS5". But "IMP_NG_EHS5_REMOTE" is missing.
Firewall problem is fixed few days ago.
Hello Vlado,
Have you changed module configuration? Please send the AT^SCFG? output for verification.
If the problem with IMP_NG_EHS5_REMOTE still exists please try to reinstall the software or try to manually install the device in the fresh eclipse.
You need the IMP_NG_EHS5_REMOTE device in the project settings in order to have debugging possibility.
This doesn't look like a firewall problem.
Regards,
Bartłomiej
I manually reinstalled drivers, and setup eclipse from scratch. But, I still have the same problem:
Failed to connect to device 0!
Reason:
Emulator 0 terminated while waiting for it to register!
When I press "Window->Preferences->JavaMe->Device Management", I see IMP_NG_EHS5_REMOTE, and it is set as default.
This is output after AT command "AT^SCFG?":

Evry time I manualy install device, only one is recognised: "IMP_NG_EHS5". I repeated complete instalation several *****, but "IMP_NG_EHS5_REMOTE" is alwassy missing.
Gemalto board is accessible from some terminal (TeraTerm or ZOC), and it accepts AT commands.
What can be reason for that strange behavior?
Please, I need some support as soon as possible!
Finaly, I managed to solve the problem.
I replaced Gemalto board with another one. And, "IMP_NG_EHS5_REMOTE" was recognized - and everything works OK.
Later, I switched back to first Gemalto board. But, this time everything works ("IMP_NG_EHS5_REMOTE" was correctly recognized). It seams, is not hardware problem.
CONSLUSION: error mysteriously disappear.
This issue was being solved outside the forum via direct communication and no problems were found in environment installation and configuration. The module's configuration also seemed to be fine.
Connecting another module has brought everything back to work.
It is currently unknown what was the source of this problem.
