Gemalto SConnect Licensing | Thales IoT Developer Community

Hello, I am exploring leveraging Gemalto SConnect to interface with a SmartCard reader via Javascript. Initial tests have proven successful. However, it has been difficult to find the correct software licensing terms.
SConnect has two main parts—
1) the web browser plug-in (such as sconnect-ff-v2.3.0.0.xpi and sconnect-ie-v2.3.0.0.exe listed here, http://www.sconnect.com/extensions/)
2) the Javascript that interfaces with the plug-in (pcsc.js and sconnect.js listed here, https://www.sconnect.com/tests/)
An EULA can be found at this location, but it is unclear what the license pertains to: https://www.sconnect.com/eula/license.html
My questions:
1) Assuming the EULA is applicable to the plug-in, what is the license for the Javascript?
2) Is there an alternate license to the EULA linked above?
3) Is a complete SConnect SDK available that contains the plug-ins and associated Javascript packaged together?
Thank you!
