I am trying to use IDBridge K3000 as a CCID smart card reader. The website says it can be use "as a CCID smart card reader, to enable smart card features on PC/SC environments". However, when I plug it in to a Windows 8.1 laptop, I only see the USB drives (like a Public G: drive and a CD Drive). How can I use the K3000 as a smartcard reader? Thanks

Hi,

This is not a forum dedicated for this product. However we may try to help a little. Have you already put the card inside the reader?

Have you tried with drivers from here?
