No supported module found in Gemalto Imp Debug Connection Install Shield Wizard | Thales IoT Developer Community

Hi guys,

I have been trying to install the EHSx Software development kit. But The IMPDbgConnectionSetup always fails to detect my EHS5-E board. I am able to communicate with the board via COM port. I have tried :

- After closing the COM port

- After exiting Eclipse

-Turn off the firewall

But I always get the same failed installation on 'Repair' installation.

It asks me to turn on the device. I do everything as requested.

It ends up in this window everytime. No supported module found in Gemalto Imp Debug Connection Install Shield Wizard

I tried changing the DCD0, DSR0 and DTR0 from Gpio to std. But still no use.
