In PLS63 datasheet there's a information that module has RLS Monitoring (Jamming detection). How can I use this? Is there a GPIO with the indication?

It is not a simple binary indicator. The application ***** to monitor the module's URCs and "+CIEV: lsta" URC in particular and interpret the results. There is a dedicated document which covers the topic how to detect jamming with "+CIEV: lsta" URC. Please contact your provider for this document.
