Somewhere over the rainbow!!! Looking for the Oz Land!!!
Hi,
Where can I get the drivers for the EHsx?
Regards,
Gary
Hello Gary,
please contact your local technical sales for drivers and documentation. If you bought Gemalto Concept Board you can download SDK and the drivers from http://www.concept-board.com/
Please also visit https://developer.gemalto.com/documentation/cinterion%C2%AE-concept-boar... and check the discussion to familiarize with authentication procedure..

There is no audio. Is that on purpose?
Hello,
yes, there is no audio in this tutorial, but as you can see subtitles and comments guide you through the whole process.
Best regards

Hello Antonio, I'm using the B80 starter Kit, and I don't need to install the drivers for the EHS6, this was because???
Hello,
In case of B80 there are 2 USB ports: VCP which bridges the module's ASC0 lines over USB (and a dedicated driver is needed for it) and module's USB where you should install the Gemalto drivers like in the video. Maybe you've had the drivers already installed before.

Hi, is the EHS8 Installation CD and modem driver software compatible with Windows 10? It installs, but I cannot see any Cinterion hardware in the modem list. Also in the WTK, Eclipse Device Management doesn't find the "IMP_NG_EHS5_REMOTE1" device profile.
Hello,
Generally you should be using the SDK version released and distributed as dedicated for your module which would be just the latest version you have received with your module from your distributor.
Windows 10 is not on the list of officially supported systems yet but it could also be used with success.
During the installation the debug connection is also installed. You should then have your module connected during this process. In the effect the debug connection should be visible in Windows Device Manager under Modems. If this succeeds "IMP_NG_EHS5_REMOTE1" should also be available in the IDE. You can also start the debug connection installer from Installer folder of install-cd package. Please try to reinstall it and let us know if this has succeeded.
Best regards,
Bartłomiej
Thanks for the reply Bartłomiej. I have it working on an older version of Windows.
